Holly,

The latest issue of Gluten-Free Living newsletter devoted quite a few pages
on the subject of celiac/diabetes and coping skills, written by Cynthia Kupper
who is a celiac and diabetes educator and also happens to be the CEO of GIG in
Seattle. The next issue of Sully's Living Without, a magazine about food and
chemical intolerances also should be having an article coming up about celiac
and diabetes which may be helpful. Your most important step when feeling
overwhelmed should be to talk with a qualified, EDUCATED in both these areas,
registered dietitian. Best of lluck to you.

Lynn
