Cynthia C. ~ you might wish to send an e-mail to Janet Rinehart, President
CSA/USA, Inc. and President Houston Celiac Sprue Group, at

Ask Janet for the meal and pantry suggestions she makes available. The menu
suggestions are laid out nicely in an easy-to-follow fashion. Janet R. also
has a really informative new member package. In fact, not just Janet and
the Houston Celiac Support group, but most all of the Celiac
resource/support groups have excellent information available to help
newcomers sift through the complexities of the gluten free diet, for Celiac
Sprue disease. If you have not already done so, tapping into a local
support group is perhaps one of the most effective ways to start your
totally-gluten-free diet and journey.
