I'm wondering if you live in some kind of subsodized housing program?
That is my situation here where I live in Ca.

We have a mixture of younger pepole who are disabled as well as some
older people.  There have been times over the years  that some of our
older resadents have resented some of us younger tenants because we
are disable.

Because we all live here in what is known as section 8 housing, the
law requiers a cirton number of units be set aside for those of us who
are disabled no matter what age.  So assooming that is the case with
you, they can say whatever they want, but there is know way that they
them sels can have you evicted.

While doing that in the short run might make you feel better, in the
long run I think you would just be asking for more trouble.

You might want to go to your manigement and let them know what's going
on.  Here at my complx, we have a tennets group that comes together
now and then to deal with these kinds of issues.  If you have such a
group where you live, you might find them to be of great help to you.
