The CTX core was a better made core than the original that tends to OC easier.
If you don't have a 3DNow chip, the odds are slim that you have it. I believe
you can tell by looking on the ceramic of the chip around the center aluminum
piece and if it is CTX you will see gold writing on the ceramic. Some ( a few as
I understand it ) of the none 3DNow chips are CTX core chips so it would be
worth a look. I'm using the MSI MS-5164 motherboard.
