  I'd rate Asus and Abit and FIC and Shuttle in the first tier, Tyan
and EFA and AiR in second, SuperMicro and Gigabyte in third, and Epox
below that.  A specific board might be up or down a place from this
ranking, so YMMV ("Your Mileage May Vary").
