Dear Friends,

I am considering putting a machine together with an AMD or similar
CPU.

My question is if the new generations of chips are 100% Intel
compatible? I have a Cyrix p200 that simply will not run some DOS
or Win progs, even with emulators, and I don't want to make the
same mistake again. I depend on some older progs, even DOS, for
my classes.

comments?
