Listed below is some info on LOADWC.EXE I ran across.


"loadwc.exe is loaded by Internet Explorer 4.x -- used to track subscription
info and stuff for the active desktop"

You might want to completely delete Explorer and reinstall it.
Even though I do not use Internet Explorer (I use Netscape) for my Web
Browser,
LOADWC.EXE loads up anyways on my computer. My Encyclopedia Britannica
program requires I.E. 4.
