  There are slight variations in how SCSI controllers want their
drives laid out.  Since this is an old drive, it may need to be
formatted by your current controller before it will really become
accessible.  [On most Adaptec controllers I've used, you can press
Ctrl-A while the SCSI devices are being found during the boot
process, to get to a utility which includes formatting of SCSI
drives.  Not sure how other brands/models do it....]
