The system clock works with an onboard battery (normally 4.5 volts) and
carries on even if the system power is off.
If you have not saved the BIOS settings after changing them, then the
system will retain the previous settings. So try saving the setting after
you change the time.
If this doesnt work, then your system battery might be running low. And
this would result in loss of bios info at every shutdown.
