The Earth's atmosphere contains about 21% oxygen, by volume.  Low oxygen
is considered ~19%, too high ~23% (or is it 23.5%).  At around 16% or so
even the most vigorous will start to get disoriented.

I imagine that hyperbaric (meaning higher pressure) may introduce some
oxygen, but probably only a couple of %'s higher than normal as noted.

I know nothing about this procedure BTW.  My knowledge is in engineering.
