Hi All

I'm looking for a yeast (preferably dry) that I can use to make GF
bread with.  The two most popular brands that I know of: Tandaco and
Kitchen Collection both contain baker's yeast.  I was told by one
manufacturer that baker's yeast contains gluten.

Can anyone help?
