I'd like some opinions on what is the best-tasting GF soy sauce.
My community theatre group is having a buffet-type dinner at a local
Chinese restaurant, and I spoke with the manager about my special needs
(preparation as well as food). He was very accommodating and agreed to
substitute their wheat-containing soy sauce for a GF sauce. Therefore, I
want it to taste "right" for everyone.
