I found the post about all chocolate containing milk very interesting.
Does this mean that Hershey's 100% chocolate that you cook with, also
contains milk?  On an allergy test I showed up allergic to cocoa but not
to chocolate. Does anyone know the difference between cocoa and
chocolate?  I am wondering how many of you having a problem with casein,
also have a problem with chocolate?
