There is one more BIG oversight that I must apologize for.  It was Diane
Holmes who first began talking about a great, big, national celiac
organization - encompassing the majority of celiacs in the USA.  My e-mail
messages to her eventually led me to think of this LIST as the natural path
to such an organization, and one that is world wide - not just in the USA -
and one that already exists.  It must be made very clear, however, that the
original idea was Diane Holmes's and not mine.
