Wellspring Grocery in Chapel Hill will be sponsoring a Gluten-Free information
session Sunday, January 24th from 12-4.  Lesley Daley and Connie Margolin will
be available to pinpoint gluten-free items on the shelves of Wellspring.  They
will be updating the Celiac mailing list for this area as well as passing out
some Celiac literature. Some gluten-free items will be available for tasting.
