Hi Listmates,

I've wondered if the sweet corn cake served at Chi Chi's was GF.  I
never found out, but I did find this recipe in the newspaper for the
cake.  I haven't tried it yet, but you might want to.  If anyone tries
it, please let me know if it's worth it.  I've got a 1 month old and not
much free time to experiment.  Thanks.
