Hi,
Does anyone have any good suggestions as to what to eat for breakfast? I am a
teacher and don't have a lot of time in the morning to cook. It seems that
most cereals are off limits to us.

You would think that I would have this figured out by now, I have had Celiac
Disease my entire life. But, I'm stumped as to what would be healthy and fast
to eat in the a.m.

Any ideas?
Thanks,
Lisa/ AZ
