Peter, would you mind publicly responding to this message and telling us
more about the tutorial you mentioned for Windows?  Specifically, I'm
curious to know who wrote it: was it written by a blind person for the
blind, or was it one which was produced for sighted users?  If the latter,
was it modified in any way to reflect the needs of blind users, if such
modification was warranted?
