Peter, Do you know that there is a setting you can use to allow your Eudora
to accept longer messages?  I believe it is under tools, then options, then
incomeing mail where is says "skip ..." and gives a length.  Perhaps this
will fix your inability to accept long messages.  If you can fix it so you
can accept long messages, you will have more discretion in how you use
Eudora.  I am using Eudora 4.1 Pro so this option may not exist in your
version but I believe it or something like it may.
