From what I can see Mukesh, this problem can easily be corrected by changing
your dial string. Your dial string probably contatins something like "X#".
This determines wheteher or not the modem gets a false indication of a busy
signal. I am not sure of the correct value of X for a USR 56K modem, but the
apprpriate value for the corresponding Bocamodem is X1. X1 disables the
modem from detecting busy tones.
A question though.. Is your ISP vsnl??
