Y2K issues generally arise from software formatting, not hardware
issues. In general terms, if your data format is in 4 character (1998,
rather than 98) you are ok. The whole Y2K "crisis" (IMHO) is one of the
biggest scams perpetuated by consultants. Just dust off your old COBOL
and change your dates. (It might be a bit more involved than that, but
not much)
