I enjoyed diet evolution.  Sure it's a little light on substance (but then
so is Ray's book) but I found he dietary guidelines clear and easy to
follow.  His personal example is an inspiration (though I do think he likes
himself a little too much).  His exercise recommendations are good, but
you're going to find the jump from beginner to intermediate a huge one.  He
needed to work into the intermediate routine more gradually.

Still, I'd recommend the book, if only because there isn't alot else out
there.  I find myself referring to it far more often than I do to Ray's book.

However, purists beware.  Hunt's program is not strictly paleo.  He eats
diary as a condiment, and commits certain other infractions sure to raise
the ire the paleo-foodpolice.

I don't know citron's book.
