This is my first post, so forgive me ahead of time for any wrapping trouble.
I've been over a number of posts made the last few months, and enjoy the
camaraderie I see here.
I'm here from the D'Adamo O diet, by way of the Zone, by way of Ayurveda, by
way of Fit for Life, by way of the Body-Type Diet, by way of Ethical
Vegetarianism. So, fooling with food has been a lifelong hobby.
I'm here to ask questions and do more research, because while I've seen some
relief with the major changes I made to adopt the close-to-Paleo O diet, I am
not really thriving. And I have so much information now that I'm sort of
whacking against all of it like a directionless pinball.
So, we'll see how this post looks, and then perhaps you would be so kind as to
share with me some information?
