I just talked to the Sunrise Farm people. Yes, they do ship their meat.
They have organic pork, lamb, beef, and turkey. All organically
and humanely raised. Lamb and pork are sold by the whole or half, beef
by the whole, half, or quarter. The beef is raised on organic pasture and hay,
with a limited amount of grain. They don't sell individual cuts of meat.
You need to get signed up on the list for the next time they harvest.
From the brochure:
Cost: beef $1.15/lb live weight + $175 processing per steer -> about $3.15 lb
pork $1.10/lb live weight + $50 processing per hog -> about $2.40 lb
lamb $1.25/lb live weight + $40 processing per lamb -> about $3.80 lb
turkey $1.75/lb includes processing
plus shipping costs if meat needs to be shipped.

For those in the area, they also have a CSA Garden (people buy shares),
honey, and organic raw milk cow and goat dairy. The farm is open Saturdays
1-5 pm year round. They love to give tours. Bring your kids, to see their
kids, lambs, calves, chickens, etc.
