there are paleo soaps.  Walnut Acres has soap made from food-grade tallow,
also some made from coconut oil and olive oil.  my personal favorite is Dr.
Bronner's, which is made from coconut oil, olive oil, and peppermint oil.
ALL-ONE! (ya gotta love his wrapper)

i think the main health reason for bathing (bad smells aside) is so that if
you get a scrape or a cut, there is less chance of getting infected. if your
skin is cleaner, there's less surface organisms, right?
