I have used both of the cheese recipes that were posted a few days ago
and found them to be very acceptable.
Unfortunately I have developed a sensitivity to nutritional yeast and
can no longer use it. Also unfortunately I have quite a large supply of
it -- 2 bags that I think are 5 lb each.
If you would like to have it I would be happy to send it to you. Please
email me privately. Please, US addresses only (due to cost of postage!)
