Hi all,

I have been using a bread machine for years and I don't add the powdered
milk. I don't sub it with anything either and it comes out fine. Actually, I
lied - *I* don't make the bread, my husband does 'cause mine always turns
out like bricks. *sigh*.

We have subbed soy powder for the milk when we felt the need for it and it
tasted very good. So if you can tolerate soy, this is a great way to get soy
into your diet.

If you are wheat sensitive, there are all kinds of diff flours out there to
sub -quinoa, spelt, etc. Check the health food stores and check the net for
"wheat flour substitutes".

Have fun!
Lori
