Sounds like a video driver problem. Either the board is not on the HCL or
the monitor itself is the problem. I've had problems with certain monitors
(usually a low end/price) on NT. You could try the lowest resolution with
the lowest scan rate settings. If the monitor gives you a good picture then
move up one setting at a time (either resolution or scan rate) until you get
a bad picture.

* I have Cirrus logic 5430 with 2M VGA card.
* I've installed NT WS And NT Server (Other Time).
* Both OS Did me a lot of problem, all are working fine but in any
* resolution
* and any Refresh freq. i see all messy, lots of foolish lines and
* buttons/cursors and everything doesn't look good.
* What should i do?
* (I Tried Both drivers, for 543x and cirrus compatible).
* Thanks.
* Yaniv.
