hi -- this is my first post to paleofood. both my sons worked at whole foods
during their college days. one boy was in the meat market. he
was instructed to tell customers the color was due to the chickens
being raised on a corn grain diet.

i bought _neanderthin_...my husband read it and now it's my turn.
i'm 53, overweight [have gained 60 lbs since '86], retired [early, due
to physical disability], wheelchair user, grandmother, texan, and on
this list after learning about it from don wiss.
