Mahesh, I strongly suggest you read "Nourishing Traditions".  I think
you'll find that it's a lot more freindly to your way of eating (and
plant foods in general) than "NeanderThin".  It is also one of the few
diet books that gets into the history, biology and geography of foods in
wonderful detail.
