The trouble with calorie restriction is that nutrition restriction may follow,
which means the body might not be as healthy, which compromises offspring, and
could, as has been my experience, decrease QUALITY of Life.   I just keep
fine-tuning it so I thrive more and more, and have no idea about calories.

To withold food when the body REALLY wants it is self-punishment.

Who wants to live in self-punishment, especially if you LIVE LONGER?!!!
