I bought Action B-50 Balanced B-complex vitamins at the Vitamin Shoppe.
It states it is in a base of alfalfa. Does anyone know if that is g/f?
The label states that that no yeast, corn, wheat, sugar, salt, starch,
gluten, milk, eggs, dairy, citrus, preservatives, artificial color or
flavor added. Does anyone know if rutin is g/f.
I always thought it was derived from gluten. I have another bottle of
vitamins from there stating that it is g/f too and the manager assured
me it was, but I am beginning to think it isn't as my tummy is giving me
a message. TIA.
