I have been getting quite a few e-mail regarding my summary.  I am sorry if
I confused you but when I said I use 2 cups of our flour, I meant that I
used a total of 2 cups of Bette Haggeman's GF flour mix and not 2 cups of
rice flour, 2 cups of tapioca flour and 2 cups of potato starch flour.
Hope this clarifies the confusion.
