Months ago we had a running dialogue on the list on the gf status of Jet-
Puffed, at which time I left a question about it on their web page. With
apologies for the delay, I just received a letter from Favorite Brands
International Consumer Affairs Rep. Lisa Hird, confirming that their
marshmallows and creme are gf.  Imitation vanilla is derived from corn.
Consumer affairs 1-800-244-4596, 9am-6pm EST, if you have any questions. She
included a recipe booklet that can be adapted to gf easily. Linda
