Phyllis Potts has a recipe for donuts in her new book Wheat-Free cooking
(? not absolutely sure of the exact title, but it's brand new) that looks
promising. It uses rice flour, and a donut maker (I've never tried one of
these, but may investigate!) Worth checking out, all you donut lovers!
