I humbly apologize to the list, I reread my letter dated February 3, 1997,
and it clearly names the following Nestle products as containing gluten in
the forms of "wheat flour" or "modified food starch:"

Carnation Malted Milk Powder Products (original and Chocolate)
Carnation Coffee-mate Fat-Free Powders (regular and flavored)
Carnation Fat-Free Coffee-mate liquid (regular)
Carnation Coffee-mate Cappuccino Creamers (Refrigerated)
Quick Cookies 'n Cream Powder

They went on to state that ". . . all other Nestle Beverage Company
products, as detailed in the . . . product list, contain no gluten."

As always, verify this information as product ingredients do change!
