Hi everyone,

   I'm new to the list, so dutifully checked the archives before posting this
query, but with no success.  My 7.5yo autistic son is on a gf/cf diet, and
there's going to come a time this winter when he's going to need some cold or
flu relief (especially with three other siblings!)  Before that time comes, I
need some advice on what types of cold or flu meds are acceptable, whether
over-the-counter, or at a health food store, etc.  Any advice would be much
appreciated.
