Hi Mary,
Just a word about anemia. Iron is not well absorbed unless it comes from
meat and calcium inhibits its absorption. So maybe you should/could increase
your meat especially liver and horse meat (?){I am French spkg...) and avoid
dairy within one hour of meal where iron is taken. . Beware of water with
added calcium such as Calais etc when taken close to mealtime.  Suggestions
only...Take care and hope your health will improveMireille (Gaspesie,
