I'm not looking for a lot of recipes for this, but just one that has been
designed and optimized for use as toast under caviar. Since traditional
carriers are toast and potatoes, I think the flours used for this toast
should be limited to rice and potatoes, and not introduce other flavors
like corn or beans.
