I think that's how it's spelled. Don't have it
in front of me.  Does anyone know how to use it
or how it's substituted for Xanthan?

Had a taste for Cream Puffs.  Made dough.
No puff, just pucks!  Is getting the Cream Puff
dough to "puff" and option without gluten?
