Hey, Listmates!
I read a post from fellow listmate Betsey Carus concerning MSG and how it
can have gluten when imported from another country. She then stated that
China was now producing citric acid from wheat (!!??). Do we have to now
ask all manufacturers from where they got their citric acid? Does anyone
know if this is true or can be confirmed? Well, I gotta go know and eat
some sand and water for lunch!! (only kidding)
