Just wondering if there are any parents out there that are giving their
children Vitamin E?

My son (age 6-diagnosed at 20 mths) takes a multivitamin, but it has no
vitamin E listed. What does vitamin E do for a person? What are the
"risks" if a person is not getting adequate vitamin E? What foods (GF)
are the best for getting Vitamin E if not taking a pill?

I will summarize, if I get any answers.

Thanks
