Hi, Peter,

IBM's Home Page Reader deals with forms extremely well and you might find
that you can continue at the same site using it. The only unfortunate part
about HPR is its pricetag. And also it doesn't work with any Java scripts
or applets. Luckily, there is a demo available at:

ftp.software.ibm.com/sns/hpr

or, on the web:

www.ibm.com/sns

The demo will run for thirty days so this way you can see if it will work
for you. Good luck.
