On my early version of Win '95, when I select <START><SHUT DOWN>
the computer proceeds through its motions and presents a black
screen "You may now shut down your computer." On my newer versions,
the computer automatically powers down and shuts off.

Does anyone have the Control Panel settings that will guide power
down on my older version?
