Most older 486 boards are 5 Volt only.  As long as this upgrade processor you
plan to use has a voltage converter for the AMD chip, the only thing you'll
have to do is change the system clock to 33Mhz.  If you bought one of the
prepackaged deals like an Evergreen or PowerUp, etc., it'll have the voltage
converter.  I've not had to do anything exotic like reinstall windows.
