In response to my complaint about itching, Susan wrote:

was able to lose my itchiness. Now that I am eating meat again, the itch
came back. It is particularly apparent when I eat pemmican: even tho' the

anything else to use except coconut butter which is too mushy at room
temperature. What to do?>>

Susan, that's fascinating -- and brings up several things. (1) You don't
think the itchiness comes from candida, then? (2) Where do you get grass fed
meat? If you eat grain fed meat, do you itch? (3) Ray said that he makes
pemmican with olive oil -- recipe is in the archives -- but he or someone else
wrote that it is mushy. (4) Do you feel better eating meat plus veggies and
fruit or did you feel better without any meat?
