in a ny times article today, it was discussed that there will be another
dos based version of windows 98.   among it's features will be text to
speech.   this will be done by combining the current operating system with
another program which has been under development that will add the speech.
is ms going back on it's promise not to under cut the blindness related
screen reader companies?
