Does anyone have recommendations on software that would teach someone who
is blind how to touch type and find other keys on the keyboard.

For example, the program would describe where keys are relative to the home
row, speak whatever letter is typed, give dictation to type and check for
errors.  It would be possible to start using the program with just a few
keys.  Then the user could bootstrap him or herself to higher levels of skill.
