I might suggest reviewing all screen magnification choices to see what
works best.  The best place to get started is on the screen magnifiers
home page.  There you will find reviews, educational information, and
demonstration copies of all magnifiers available for download.  go to
http://www.magnifiers.demon.nl/


remember, that the best technology solution is a low or no tech solution.
Also, at age four, it is important to parce out what the best solution
actually is.  Might speech be helpful as well?  As most of the internet is
text, a lot of reading is required.  Be flexible to introduce other access
approaches if the child finds lots of reading slow and awkward.
