If you are talking about spam, I heard a report on the radio that said
that new legislation is being proposed that would somehow deal with the
problem of unsolicited email. It will probably be modeled on a law about
unsolicited faxes. That law requires that the faxing party (usually an
advertiser) include information on the fax's origin and give the recipient
the option and means of getting removed from the faxer's list.
Don't get angry, Dino. "Unsolicited" does not necesarily mean
"unwelcomed."
